Kitto Construction Ltd has completed a £2.2 million transformation of Limbs & Things’ headquarters, unifying two adjacent warehouses with the company’s existing office to create a single logistics, manufacturing and operational hub. The project was delivered in two phases: first, an old warehouse was converted into a dedicated goods‑in facility with integrated quality control offices; a custom link bridge—complete with heavy‑duty goods lift—now connects it to the main HQ. In Phase 2, a second building was remodelled into a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing space featuring new trimming areas, offices and a mezzanine floor.
This investment dramatically increases capacity. The expansion boosts Limbs & Things’ manufacturing footprint by 50 % to around 59,000 sq ft and ups production and warehouse capacity by 70 % . The enhanced facilities will enable the company to scale output, reduce lead times and improve inventory management . With products designed, manufactured and distributed from Bristol, Limbs & Things now supplies customers in 106 countries and expects to create up to 12 new jobs in 2026 .
