Kitto Construction Ltd completed a £2.2 million transformation of Limbs & Things’ Bristol headquarters, bringing two adjacent warehouses together with the company’s existing office to create a single logistics, manufacturing and operational hub.
The project was delivered in two phases. First, an existing warehouse was converted into a dedicated goods-in facility with integrated quality-control offices. A custom link bridge, including a heavy-duty goods lift, now connects the building to the main headquarters.
In the second phase, a further building was remodelled into a manufacturing space with new trimming areas, offices and a mezzanine floor.
The completed expansion increased Limbs & Things’ manufacturing footprint by 50% to around 59,000 sq ft, while production and warehouse capacity increased by 70%.
The enhanced facilities provide capacity to scale output, reduce lead times and improve inventory management. Limbs & Things designs, manufactures and distributes its products from Bristol to customers in 106 countries, and the company expects the expansion to support up to 12 new jobs in 2026.
Kitto Construction delivered the phased transformation of the headquarters, creating the connected goods-in, logistics and manufacturing facilities needed to support Limbs & Things’ continued growth.
