Kitto Group PLC is a privately owned development, construction and joinery group successfully trading for over 50 years operating in Bristol, Bath, South Wales, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire, Worcestershire and surrounding areas. Our group is made up of three companies: Kitto Developments, Kitto Construction and Kitto Joinery.
Our philosophy is to provide high quality and affordable buildings, typically in the health, education, nurseries, ecclesiastical and community sectors, on time and on budget.
The secret to our success is to be involved early in the process prior to consultant selection, meaning we have involvement in the project pre-planning, giving more scope for us unlock additional time and cost saving measures. Our turn-key formula that's led to successfully delivering projects for 100s of clients starts with finding an appropriate site (where necessary) we then develop an economic and affordable design solution with a high likelihood of obtaining planning consent, often seeking pre-app feedback from local communities and third parties as needed. We then deliver a value for money building scheme through our construction company to meet the design scope and clients requirements.
We also have the means to either utilise our own or external finance backing to forward-fund developments, allowing projects to progress where the client has a preference for leasing rather than sale purchase. This is all managed internally by Kitto developments.

Our businesses operate within the Education, Industrial and Health sectors. Predominately for Private Schools, Hospitals, Specialist Diagnostic Suppliers, Manufacturers and Installers, PFI Contractors and Medical Practices, however our knowledge and experience is transferrable has proven to be effective in any new sectors we break into.
