Once the school are confident that they can afford the scheme, Kitto Construction works with them to develop a design proposal, obtain planning consent and then implementing the construction works towards a turn-key solution for the budget and programme agreed during the feasibility stage.

Kitto Construction has particular experience working in live environments, in a phased manner and in undertaking works to Listed Buildings and/or in Conservation Areas. Work is timed to suit the client’s business with the particularly noisy works planned around the school holidays.
