Kitto Developments is the land and property division of Kitto Group PLC. Kitto identify, evaluate and promote sites for commercial developments including retail, office, industrial, primary care, care home and leisure uses.

Kitto are able to deliver a broad range of development projects for both the private and public sectors. Services include site finding and acquisition, overseeing the planning process, finding and engaging occupiers (freehold or leasehold) and implementing the construction project.

How We Develop

Kitto use their own internal experience of the property market alongside long-standing market relationships to assist in finding and securing suitable sites. Negotiations for site acquisition then proceed following a thorough site evaluation.

Project Funding

Kitto are able to forward-fund the development when the end-user requires a lease, or deliver the project on a sale/purchase arrangement as the occupier prefers. In any arrangement, Kitto undertakes the initial work and due diligence on a speculative basis, allowing the project to proceed without the end-user spending significant sums before a strong business case has been prepared, evaluated and approved. 

Where a lease is preferred, Kitto will forward-fund the development and look to sell on to an investment company on completion of the project.

Repair to Georgian Windows

I write to thank and strongly recommend Rob, Gordon and the Apprentice, Will, of Kitto Joinery for the expert standard and expediency with which they repaired our almost 200 year old 16 pane Georgian Window. Not a simple job!

They each took great care, in every detail, and applied the same diligence to their craft, as did my late father and uncle, both of whom were Master Craftsmen and revered by the owners of the many great ancestral homes in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire who regularly engaged them.
