{"id":63,"date":"2024-03-12T13:15:16","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T13:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/development.medialeads.co.uk\/kitto\/?post_type=project&#038;p=63"},"modified":"2024-04-12T13:59:15","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T13:59:15","slug":"happy-days-nursery-weston-super-mare","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/project\/happy-days-nursery-weston-super-mare\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy Days Nursery - WSM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following a breakdown in talks with another developer, Happy Days\u2019 Nurseries approached Kitto Group PLC about implementing a Development of a Nursery for 81 children on their behalf on a site in Weston Super Mare. Kitto Group through their own funds have purchased the site, obtained planning consent and constructed the nursery.\u00a0 In return, Happy Days\u2019 Nursery have signed a 25 year lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heads of Terms were swiftly agreed between the landowner, the nursery and Kitto and the site purchase and lease was exchanged simultaneously in July 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new building is single storey with a floor area of approximately 490m2. Kitto Group PLC have constructed the building through Kitto Construction to a shell specification with Happy Days\u2019 Nurseries undertaking their own fit-out.&nbsp; The shell specification includes the construction of 14 car parking spaces and the play area for the nursery children.&nbsp; Works completed in late June 2018.&nbsp; Early access was granted to Happy Days Nurseries\u2019 to allow opening before September 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nursery comprises four group rooms and various ancillary space comprising offices, toilets, kitchen and a reception as well as an outside play area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nursery opened on the 28th August, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","project-sector":[6],"project-type":[3],"class_list":["post-63","project","type-project","status-publish","hentry","project-sector-education","project-type-development"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/63","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=63"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"project-sector","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project-sector?post=63"},{"taxonomy":"project-type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project-type?post=63"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
