The project focused on enhancing the building's functionality and comfort for residents while ensuring its continued longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of Works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refurbishment encompassed several key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Toilets:<\/strong>&nbsp;A complete overhaul of the toilets throughout the building addressed any sanitation concerns and brought them up to modern standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corridors:<\/strong>&nbsp;The corridors received a refresh, likely including painting and potential minor repairs, creating a more inviting and well-maintained atmosphere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kitchens:<\/strong>&nbsp;The refurbishment of the kitchens ensured they were well-equipped and functional spaces for student use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mechanical and Electrical (M&amp;E) Services Upgrade:<\/strong>&nbsp;Upgrading the M&amp;E services improved the overall efficiency and functionality of the building's systems.
