{"id":104,"date":"2024-02-23T13:47:53","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T13:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/development.medialeads.co.uk\/kitto\/?post_type=project&#038;p=104"},"modified":"2024-04-12T14:36:55","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T14:36:55","slug":"leap-valley-bristowe-housing-association","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/project\/leap-valley-bristowe-housing-association\/","title":{"rendered":"Leap Valley Housing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Construction of 9, 2-bedroom flats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the purchase of the site at Beaufort Road, Downend for the new Leap Valley Medical Centre, it became apparent that there was surplus space to allow the construction of a new 9 unit\u00a02-bedroom apartment block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A scheme was developed and planning consent was obtained&nbsp;for the scheme in mid 2014&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme started on site in&nbsp;November 2014 and was completed in June 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the flats is approximately 62m2 in area and comprises two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and store room.&nbsp; Kitto Developments provided&nbsp;a turn-key solution with the works incorporating the installation of finishes, kitchens, sanitary ware and white goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme also includes&nbsp;12 parking spaces and 10m3 of attenuation in accordance with Wessex Water requirements and the recommendations of the Flood Risk Assessment prepared for the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme on completion was sold to Bristowe Fair Rent Housing Association.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","project-sector":[9],"project-type":[3],"class_list":["post-104","project","type-project","status-publish","hentry","project-sector-housing","project-type-development"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/104"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=104"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"project-sector","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project-sector?post=104"},{"taxonomy":"project-type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/kitto-group.co.uk\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project-type?post=104"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
