Kitto Joinery provides high quality joinery to all commercial, domestic and maintenance clients who require joinery promptly to a very high standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Position Overview:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As Joinery Manager within Kitto, you will play a crucial role in leading the in-house joinery team from our new workshop facility in Bristol, responsible for ensuring the successful completion and delivery of all joinery projects along with the health and safety of operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing the joinery team, managing resources, coordinating with suppliers, building client base whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organisation and be a part of our future. successes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage day-to-day joinery operations, including health and safety, supplier coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining client base (including assisting with marketing opportunities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Producing and issuing competitive quotations for new business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring joinery production and delivery is conducted safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor progress, resolve issues and communicate updates to client and internal reporting (inc. preparing worksheets ready for invoicing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a strong commitment to quality, cost control and timely project delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and motivating your team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Joinery Manager or Bench Joiner in the industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of joinery processes, regulations and H&amp;S requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant qualifications and certifications (inc.
